Horrible service and worse prices

My son purchased tickets without my permission. He is obviously going to be taking responsibility for his error, but I could not get this company to refund us. It was literally 15 minutes after the sale and they won't refund. I explained what happened and they did not care. Pretty hard to make a 9 year old pay $750 for a simple mistake. Good lesson for him I guess, but what a horrible company. We can't even go to the event. Now I find out that the tickets are marked up about 40%!
