I went in to get my eyebrows threaded. I asked the lady not to make my eyebrows any thinner and that I just want the stray hairs cleaned up. I specifically showed her with my finger and said do not remove these hairs bc I am growing my eyebrows out and want them to be thicker. She said I understand and started taking those hairs out. I once again told her that I do not want her to touch any of those hairs, and she said I'm not making them thinner, I'm just cleaning them. My eyebrows are now half the size they were before I got them done. User's recommendation: Don’t go to this place. I tried reaching out to their “customer service” but no one picks up!
