I have had to call 1-86*-625-**** to have my refund corrected for a cruise I had to cancel due to medical reasons. The first two times I was on hold for over 90 mins each time. Currently I am on hold again and it has already been over 2 hours. I was told the 2nd time that things would be corrected and I would get a email to reflect the additional credit but nothing has happen. I had purchased travel insurance but the premium for the insurance is not refundable but I have another issue and cannot seem to get it resolved.
