Not only has Roaman's failed to offer decent customer service, they fail to provide quality products for the price they charge. I recently ordered a 5 pack of size 12 boxer type underwear which have elastic waistbands that unravel due to not being stitched with proper threading and in actuality, are larger in size than what they advertised. When I contacted them after a lengthy two hour wait/hold, they refused to provide resolution and denied me replacement and/or refund. attempting User's recommendation: CAVEAT EMPTOR (BUYER BEWARE!!!).
