My son went to get a perm his hair was still straight when he got done he was told to wait 3 days and I would be curly once he washed it . We waited the 3 days still not curly called to ask for a refund they told us we had to call a manager at another number after dealing with 3 managers all of which were not there 2 weeks later we had to call another higher manager who took over a week and 5 voicemails to actually call me back told us its not their issue we arent happy with the perm but they dont refund so have a nice day horrible place User's recommendation: Don’t go here.
