Horrible passive aggressive customer service-Buy with Amazon instead

Ordered a phone on Tuesday with next day air shipping. Wednesday the order had not shipped. Thursday the order had not shipped. Friday the order had not shipped. Customer service stated that their policy is to ship within one business day but then stated "24-48 hours to be safe". When I stated that I paid for next day air shipping the reply was that it is next day from when the shipper receives it but that they send orders to the shipper whenever they get to the order. HUH?? When I asked for explicit explanations of their policies I was told to "get to the point" and to "calm down" Absolutely horrible customer service.
