I was severely congested and bought a bottle of Afrin. I couldn't get the top off for the life of me. I hurt my hand trying to open it. All I could hear was clicks. I was so congested and miserable, I tried to open the cap for an hour - still couldn't get it. Out of sheer desperation, I used a nail clipper and made a small cut it the red top. I finally got it open! The product works well, if you can open it. The packaging is horrible and because of that, I will be buying a store version from now on.
