Horrible (Non-Existent) Customer Service and order processing

After placing the order for $58 worth of liner socks plus shipping, the company charged the money right away, then does not ship for over 10 days. Multiple emails, Facebook PM messages are completely ignored, until I posted complaints via replies to the company's own posts on the Gekks Bacebook website. Given the bad reviews of the actual products on this website about the inserts not being resusable, washable, no smelling, etc., I have no confidence in this company or its products. I plan to return them unused for the full refund (unless I run into problems there). Do not believe in the hyperbole and glowing reviews or product descriptions in the ads that spam you on Facebook. The company is not a trustworthy vendor and you would be overpaying and getting a lot of hassles for an inferior product.
