Horrible item and shipping charges

I ordered the most beautiful shoes and received them and they were unwearable ! They were made of rattan but poked the foot with sharp sticks, I returned them same day with a explanation of why and they took a long time to give me a refund but still charged me over 28.00 in shipping charges ! I have been dealing with customer service and they are unhelpful at best ! So unfair !!! I found some rattan shoes at target that are comfy, so this company sells junk for extremely overpriced and falsely advertises there stuff to make money off shipping charges !!!!!
