Manager (Dan) was beyond rude and careless for now the second time in the past few months. She kept asking me what I wanted and I repeatedly and extremely rude..I let her know I was a former employee of five guys and how things like being rude to the customers nor caring about how the food comes out is Five Guys number one priority and how they take pride in thingslike that... I am extremely disappointed with the management, more than the food. User's recommendation: Dont waste your time at the Stoneham ma location.
