HORRIBLE EXPIRENCE

I had an absolutely horrible experience. The hair I received looked NOTHING like the hair on the picture. Since day 1 of receiving the hair I have been trying to return the hair no luck at all. I have sent multiple pictures to show what I received versus what I thought I was getting. Customer service is a complete JOKE they keep sending the same pre written out message. JUST HORRIBLE! User's recommendation: DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
