Horrible experience never again

We pay 30 per month for warranty service When we finally needed the service on our refrigerator - customer service scheduled technicians who are 2+ hours away from our home Call back - can not do anything unless online and you pay 75.00 Technician's are no show Schedule again - cancel finally a repair man came out. This process took 2 months the refrigerator worked for 2 weeks now the same issue problem and I still can not get a hold of anyone User's recommendation: DO NOT USE.
