Horrible Customer Service… Total Lack of it actually

So, 2 weeks ago I called cableone because my email wasn't working. After waiting for 30 minutes for an answer, I was on the phone for an hour with a rep. They told me that it was Verizon's fault. The email on both my pc and my phone don't work. That is cableone's problem. I called again today and they couldn't help ... again, it's verizon's fault. I called verizon and they called while I was on the phone... after 35 minutes they answered and we explained the problem.... after waiting on the phone for 20 minutes they hung up and didn't call back.. they had my number. The verizon rep called back and as soon as he explained the problem they hung up on him. I am going on every form of social media to tell everyone how poorly I have been treated after more than 20 years with them. I am so angry.... wrong thing to do to this girl.
