Horrible Customer Service. They owe me Money.

My daughter purchased me a sweatsuit for Valentine's Day. The sweatshirt did not fit. I received a store credit. But when attempting to use it was unable to on the website. The sweatpants she ordered me were on backorder and I requested a refund for them. I was never refunded for the sweatpants and have been unable to use the store credit issued to me. I have emailed Eden S multiple times since February with no response. I am currently out over $300. This company is a total fraud and is stealing people's money. No one answers the phone and no one responds to emails.
