Horrible customer service, Never received my $1k order placed 2 months ago

Update by user May 26, 2021 Spoke to a lady who was the Burgess call center supervisor. I needed to know the status of my order- reimbursement or being shipped. I could not get an answer. I told her I would never refer anyone to Burgess and the response I received was " We have enough business, if not we would not be talking. Ok Burgess, Way to show you value your customers! Original review updated by user May 26, 2021 I ordered over $1k of plants and supplies to provide habitat enhancement and learning activities for students. Every single time I tried to contact someone via phone I received a busy signal forcing me to try to get through for over 90 minutes each time. My order address was messed up, The processing time alone I am now told is 3 WEEKS! This doesn't include shipping times and after waiting 7 weeks I send an email. Auto response was sent back informing me to wait 5 more days for a response. Call your order in and see what I am stating is true. User's recommendation: Place order by phone so you know what you are going to deal with when trying to reach them later when they screw up or don't send your order in a timely mannert.
