Horrible Customer Service (India Call Center)

I renewed a policy for a year with a sale person in the US for $600. Several months later received bill for $200 more with only stating "fee". Customer service in India would not help after several calls and one purposeful "infinite hold." I was finally able to get the Retention department and cancedl my policy. User's recommendation: I would recommend another company. Initial request for service via online is ok, however, if there is any issue you will not get any resolution to customer satisifaction.
