Horrible customer service, if not fraud

Ordered a keyboard October 5. They promised shipping in a couple of days. It never showed. Multiple emails, tracking, etc. UPS claims it was lost now weeks later. Spoke with MaxiAids and they refuse to overnight another one to me, despite my urgent need. This company doesn't give a rat's *** about customer service. Buy your equipment somewhere else, this place is miserable. User's recommendation: Buy your products elsewhere.
