Horrible customer service/ dishonest assessments

A claim was denied with a general statement that it wasn't normal wear and tear. My problem was that a bearing was going out. The technician verified that fact and also that bearing average ten years of life and my machine was eight years old. I talked to several AHS agents, all in a foreign country, and incapable of doing anything but reading from a script. The last one even said the paperwork said the shaft was bent. That is a lie. The shaft is not bent. I asked to speak to a manager in the USA and was told they did not have a manager in the USA. They refuse to let me talk to anyone with authority. their script. User's recommendation: Do not do business with AMS.
