Horrible customer service and unethical practices

The whole Sears Organization should be disband icluding online orders especially After charging $1400.00 to my card for merchandise that they never corrected for redelivery after driver never showed up but instead told me to refuse order cause the wrong dryer was on truck and would not work due to 220 W OUTLET CORD ATTACHED! According to his notes he was to install warsher and leave dryer in box. After User's recommendation: DO NOT WHATSOEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM SEARS CO PLEAT SCAM IF SO GET READY TO CALL CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND FILE A COMP,AINT MAYBE.
