Horrible customer service and product

I have been on the live text support for my baby monitor that I bought less than a year ago and the screen stopped working. I cant get a hold of a live person and I just need a new monitor. This has been an awful experience and I will NEVER buy another Motorola product again and will make sure to tell all my friends about how awful this company has been. Awful customer service. Awful product. I have had TWO broken monitors in less than 2 years. I JUST NEED a working monitor screen thats not attached to my cell phone app. That is so dangerous if someone tapped into that. User's recommendation: I would never recommend this product to anyone.
