Have a plumbing contract with Home Serve. I Called on 4/17/21 on a problem. Told someone would call me on 4/19. No call. Called on 4/19 told someone would call on 4/20. Called on 4/20, customer service called me back 4/20 evening told me someone would call me on 4/21. No call 4/21. I give up. Will call my local contractor and will not renew my contract. I will deduct bill from my contractor from my heating and cooling contract. User's recommendation: Do not take a plumbing contract with Home serve.
