I had a delivery scheduled to my facility between 12 and 4. Finally gave up at 7 with no call.nothing. Trying to get delivery re-scheduled and it is basically impossible to reach a human being. Did reach one person who informed me someone would call "within five minutes". An hour later I call again. "Oh sir, someone was trying to schedule a call but it dropped." There is actually no one that wants to provide customer service at this institution. User's recommendation: Pay a little more for your freight.
