Horrible banking experience

Very poor transition, nobody can help you, cannot transfer money between accounts. Called 800# for help, waited 20 minutes on hold only to be hung up on. Actually happened twice, once after telling the representative my problem! That's just the beginning, phone app is locked, nobody knows how to help you, they put you on w/a supervisor who doesn't,t know how to help you. I'm done, Closing 3 accounts on Monday. Nothing but stress. Funny part is everything worked a week ago , had access, could transfer funds, then it just stopped & have been locked out ever since. This bank is very unprofessional, not the workers in actual branch, the ones answering the 800 calls. Always have to create a new password, I'm tired, spent over an hour after work on phone with this bank & got NOWHERE. They don't know how to conduct business. My daughter has been locked out a month, could't get money to pay for her college books. I'm sure they probably don't even care about this review, but i wanted to inform others, I'm sure I'm not the only one this is happening too.
