Had to call/ text 13 agents in 3 days to restart after they disconnected our internet 5 days too early. We were switching companies. Too exp. Those live chats cant be real ppl cuz then an install went into r file day the after our disconnecting we were with mediacom. They were going to chg us $50 for restart plus other stuff and it wasnt r fault. . To get back on I read from bill to agent what r speed was and she kept saying,we dont have that speed! Most agents counterdicted each other. Then cant get install off schedule. Most infuriating 3 days that shouldnt even have happened. User's recommendation: Customer service is horrible if you’re online or calling. Local support isn’t too bad.
