Twice a man has called me to tell me something is wrong with my Microsoft and lots of *** is on my computer and that it is being hacked. Unfortunately, I fell for this and it has cost me over $1100. These guys say they work for Microsoft but it doesn't matter now--I am out the money and will not use Microsoft on my computer unless absolutely necessary. There was a message on my screen and I couldn't use microsoft until I talked to them. User's recommendation: watchj for these calls.
