I ordered this item for carpet cleaning and come to find out the debris get stuck and you have to remove several parts to clean after use. You have to pull the top part of the roller section to clean. The cleaning is not complete until you remove the debris stuck in the roller bar which you have to disassemble the entire section to clean the stuck debris. The carpet cleaner is no use unless you remove all the debris to work effectively after each use. I would like to have a refund for this defective product and the manufacturer needs to find a more productive and easy way for consumers to clean the cleaner after each use. I contacted Hoover and told me to response to Amazon. Hoover manufactured this product not Amazon.
