Honey quality

They claim their honey is from the wild frontiers of Canada. I bought 40-50 jars over many years. It has an unusual flavor and smell, texture is very smooth. I have stored it at a variety of temps between 40 and 80 degrees. All honey crystallizes over time, depending on temperature, type of honey, pollen content; this honey NEVER does; it separates and produces about 1/8-1/4" "oilier" layer of I don't-know-what on top. Absence of crystallization suggests adulteration. Now I only buy raw honey that hasn't been heated direct from the beekeeper. If you do a search you will find there is a lot of fraud in the honey industry. Another complaint is poor customer service, also a reason I stopped buying anything from Healthy Traditions, including their coconut products. s suggest crystalization crystalization suggests User's recommendation: buy elsewhere.
