Update by user Aug 03, 2021 Filed a complaint about Liberty Mutual with Virginia SCC insurance division. No help as they cannot force a insurance to change their position on claim. Just never sign up with Liberty no matter how good you think the premium is. You will be wasting your money if you ever file a claim. Original review posted by user Jul 04, 2021 Liberty Mutual denied roof damage claim caused by hail. They agreed to cover a metal pipe cover for hail damage but refused to cover shingle replacement. The metal damage dollar value was less than my deductible so no payment made by them. They can refuse covering any claim and there is basically nothing you can do User's recommendation: Do not use Liberty Mutual, you will only get the runaround if you fill a claim.
