Sir, I have taken the connection on 1st Jun 2021 with the expectation good service. But this internet service doesnt have enough speed as it says. My kid online classes interrupted showing Low bandwidth and poor connectivity. Customer care told me switch off all other devices connected and use internet only for Online class. Even it didn't work. I have decided to cancel this plan and I have tried reach customer care. After several minutes of waiting I have spoken to customer care home connection department. they have transferred to Cancellation department. the whole day I have tried to reach the cancellation department and it didn't connected at all. I have told to DU register a complaint for this but they told they cant. and I have to cancel it within 7 days of connection otherwise I have to pay the penalty. one of the worst service from du I have experienced
