The door camera sets off a notification every 20 seconds, in spite of the setting to avoid concurrent triggers within 30 minutes. This is filling up our mobile phone inboxes. We called the ADT Customer Service. The "customer service" rep seemed oblivious about the feature, and had no solution. He promised to call back the same day after researching the issue. He never called back as promised. Super frustrating.
