To Whom It Concerns, Hi my name is Samantha and I was trying to submit an application to the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. The link on the webpage is not working. My family is in desperate need of a remodel. My grandma has dementia, my dad is disabled, my mom is disabled. Our house is falling apart, the roof leaks, the floor is sinking, Grandma is having to sleep in the living room, and the bathroom needs to be done. We have taken in my recovering alcoholic Uncle and his girlfriend. The only person who can work right now is my Uncle. I am having health issues so I cannot work, and my health is just getting worse.
