My name is Christopher Yanchuk. I am attendant in Clairemont Court and I would like to file a complaint about the new owners, Home Ed. Since this company took over a few days before Christmas of 2021 I have seen this place go downhill. I have watched tendance slip on the ice because the maintenance people never come and salt the sidewalks all shovelled the snow and I have called multiple times and nobody ever gets back to me and I would like to let you know that this is happening in Clairemont Court with these new owners and that is why I am filing a complaint. I saw someone actually slip and fall here and he fell on the ice because they were not done and it was 11 o’clock in the morning and it was sunny outside so there was no excuse. This company just can’t be bothered to do anything. Peoples vehicles even have gotten stuck because the parking lot is so icy sad nobody can even get out of their parking stalls. This never happened with the old company which was Canadian urban Limited. I would like somebody to get back to me as soon as possible to let me know my next steps because I am filing a complaint. This company should not be in business because they have no idea what maintenance means. Also I would like to include maintenance inside the suites. Some folks inside their suites have been waiting for maintenance to be done on the doors or the furnace for over a week when they said they would be back they never show up again and when you phone them they are rude and they have been known to hang up on the tendons. They are just a horrible company. Thank you Christopher
