Home content insurance

I joined auto & General home content insurance in 2020 March and they said i must have pictures of my insured items in case of a claim on the 30th of March 2021 there was a break in at my house they took most important things include TV, food, clothes etc. when I claim from my policy they tell me story in order to avoid pay out though I provided pictures and info
