From the very beginning the home automation system has been nothing but trouble. But it was never ever Touch's fault. Always someone else’s cause/problem. The alarm people or the fence people or the wifi routers. From what was originally supposed to be a very simple system to integrate the security with monitoring and access etc just never worked properly. I shudder to think how much extra I paid and how long I struggled and suffered with Touch. I should have ditched the whole thing years ago. Touch always managed to bill me for all the extra’s and costs, but I never recovered from all my extra time and frustration to try and help get this sorted. My systems must stand me in several hundred thousand more than the original cost which was already in my view too expensive. The last invoice Touch sent me is a joke. 3 hours to do what???? And the camera’s did not improve one little bit.
