Holiday pay

The corporate office is closed for The Holiday as the recording says when called. However, no store manager can tell me if today is holiday pay or not. As I have a minor child who was called and asked could she come to work today. Is this a paid holiday for the bojangles corporate office only? As I have already checked the work handbook.
