Holding on to my son’s money

My son has been trying to get his money from this companys card for two weeks now and they keep telling him the same thing over and over again. he has sent every document that they have asked for and still gets the same response to call back in three or four business days if your card is not unlocked and he does, and they asked for the same document that has already been sent. they have hung up on him three times already with no help and get mad because hes angry about them not unlocking his card so that he can pay his bills. User's recommendation: Do not use money network. I recorded our calls.
