HFC/HSBC are holding up the sell my home in Michigan. I have been trying to find a number to someone that might be able to explain to me who can give me any information about a lien they have on my house but all I get is the run around. All I'm looking for is either a letter of payoff or the release of the lien on our home and they can't even tell me who they sold my loan to. In the meantime we are suffering from the lack of understanding that this IS NOT A GAME, and if they would have just gone along with Obama's mortgage restructuring they would still be operating in the United States, but no they cut loose and left the country and in the meantime there are 1000's of homeowners going through the same crap I'm currently going through. If there is anyone out there that can help me with this urgent matter any and all information you can supply would be greatly appreciated. Any ex-employees are welcome to add your comments as well.
