Purchased a bed from them on Sept 12 a Saturday. They were two hours late 7 p.m. delivery time. They could not deliver the bed we paid for they gave us a temp bed (cement park bench) and took our old bed away. The bed we purchased had a cut in it. We were promised another bed in one week. One week later we called and they did not order the bed in time for the next delivery. We were told they would deliver on 9-25 in the afternoon. We called after 5 and were told 10 tomorrow. RUDE owner, NO product, No Delivery and NO refunds. We are out $$ and a old bed. What to do?
