I am very upset at the total lack of support from the HMNow Support organization. I sent an inquiry asking how to delete items from the Continue Watching list. A couple of days later I received a response asking for additional information, which I promptly replied to. That was on July 13. It is now July 22 and I have not received any additional communications. If they are unable to figure out how to resolve the issue, the least they could do is to say so.

If you are actual Representative of Hallmark you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
