Bought the machine new on 24/04/2021. The second time using the machine it does not start the spin cycle. Reported it to customer care and since today no feedback yet as to inspection of the machine. No communication regarding repair, refund or replace as per CPA. I'm sitting with a brand new machine that I cant use. Bought it at HIFI Corp in Rustenburg. Store 1148/01 Inv nr: 6935
