I recently went to one of the establishments near my home. And i was thrown off because I thought ihop did background checks I recognized one of the cooks. He was fired from his last place of employment specifically because of his background check having failed. I know him specifically from a mutual friend who cut ties because he is very aggressive and impulsive.
