Went in for partial highlights picked out a color from chart and stylist put wrong color in plus the foils where all uneven. Toner was left on way to long! I was not happy when I left the salon I still paid and tipped her. I called the 2nd day and asked her if she could fix the issue I drove 30 from my home to this salon she did NOTHING to fix my hair yet put on a toner and still charged me for it! I have 2 different recites to show proof I was charged for her mistakes. I am very highly dissatisfied, disappointed, and now embarrassed to be seen in public. One of the worst experience I have dealt with in a salon. I specifically told her that the color I picked was not correct! That all I wanted her to do is fix my hair and even it out! I went in for blonde low lights came out w orange brassy yellow HIGHLIGHTS. I would like a return in full or at least get my hair fix correctly at a different location. Can this matter please be resolved? I appreciate ur time... Thank you!
