High Point University Café Manager and Assistant Managers have constantly harassed employees to the point in which they are constantly quitting. I have been working for Ara mark for over four years as a cashier. My plans were to retire from teaching after 30 years and work solely for Ara mark because I liked my job as a cashier. Well due to the constant disrespect and harassment by upper management I was pushed out the door as many others have been. The sad part is the individual who is doing this to the employees has had numerous complaints over the two years he has been there. Yet he is still allowed to hide behind closed doors and belittle individuals until they become tired of it and quit. Well count me in on that number. Another victim of Davids badgering day in and day out. Something needs to be done and soon, about how he and Tasha treat employees. You can't even use certain restrooms at HPU and you can only enter and exit out the back door of the Café . Most of your employees are African Americans how do you think that makes them feel. David, that one Café manager is costing Aramark much more than its worth, like he told me Aramark ain't going to do nothing to me. So sad but I have to move on. Ms. T
