I was unaware how bad LocalTicket is. I bought 5 tickets for my family and I paid double the face value of the tickets. On top of that the fee they charge was $40 a ticket. So it was about $240 just in fees. I was never explained over the phone that the fee they charge was per ticket. The web site doesn't clearly state this either. I called them and I explained to them and they did nothing. They said since I let them charge my card that was an agreement for the fees. NEVER USE LOCAL TICKET. They are unethical and have even worse customer service.
