Their policy didn’t provide necessary info

I found necessary thing on the website www.americanhvacparts.com, but I accidently placed the wrong order. I cancelled it within 30 minutes, and placed another. But the seller charged me for $20 for the cancellation. I searched about it in their policy, but I found nothing. Also it was impossible to find someone form the customer services team....
