Hidden service fees…STAY AWAY from any of their companies

All the service and shipping fees are hidden until the charge is placed on your card. They charged $30 in fees on a $49.99 order. You never see the total until the charge is place on your card. Follow up showed that a local florist website would have charged $6-$8 for delivery. When we sent a message to customer service they actually had the nerve to tell me they would give me $10 off the purchasing of an FTD Gold Membership to reduce future shipping cost. I will never have a future shipping cost. So thanks, but no thanks!!!
