Hidden fees, changing fees, and worst customer service!!

I won a bid for a week of time share via intervalworld. First they did not have the place I wanted to go which was listed on website. Next I have to pay meal plan bc I booked an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica ( which is fine ) but it was way tooooo expensive. I called costumer service for 2 days see if they can lower the price because on the website it states "no price reduction if stay less than 7 day" and we booked for 7 days. They told me no they can't do anything. I wanted to talk to manager and they would not let me. How rude and horrible customer service and company. I do not think they will last!! How ridiculous
