Hermes won't collect my parcel. I booked parcel P2G90718**** through you to be collected by Hermes on June 3rd. Waited in all day and nobody came. When I inquired by phone , Hermes lied and said that they had tried to collect and nobody was home. I rebooked with Hermes for June 8th collection. Again nobody collected and Hermes lied, saying they had come and no one was in . We were home all day , waiting for Hermes.. r The Hermes code is 19-539-7****22448-3 .
