Help with Nord burning me and leaking

My nord will Leak hot juice and burn me it leaks a lot. The wattage will go from 5 up to 75 with out me doing it. I want to send it in for warranty Ive only had it a little over a month. This week I was positive for covid so I have no been able to return it yet to get a new one
