Could not figure out how transition lens option was not available. Customer service was FANTASTIC! Joined my screen and was able to tell me right away what I had done wrong and I was able to fix it while she watched and helped me remember the discount code too!! User's recommendation: Call customer service if you get stuck... saves a lot of stress and time going through AI chat/FAQ.
